My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! From the breathtaking views of the ocean to the impeccable service provided by the staff, I felt pampered throughout my trip. The room was wonderful, complete with a stunning balcony view. However, I do wish there were more dining options available, especially for breakfast. My stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I felt enveloped by the amazing hospitality of the team. The views were breathtaking, and I loved every minute spent relaxing by the infinity pool. However, I wish there were a few more options for toiletries in the bathroom, but that’s just being picky.
Birkenhead House is an outstanding place with breathtaking views and fabulous dining experiences. The staff is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond for guests, ensuring every need is met. The only downside is that we could only enjoy a short visit, and I definitely wish we could have stayed longer to fully soak in the atmosphere and amenities.
We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The spacious rooms were a wonderful retreat, especially with the private outdoor space and plunge pool. The service was exceptional, particularly with Kristi always ensuring we were having a great time. The location on the cliff offered breathtaking views and easy access to the beach as well as a scenic walk to Hermanus. While the dining options were plentiful and accommodating, the flexibility around our food intolerances was a huge plus. Overall, it felt like a luxurious home away from home, without any major downsides!
